Instilled is the inspiring story of Andrea Mason who attempts to become the world's first person to Swim 34km across the English Channel, Cycle 900km across France to the foot of Mt Blanc and then climb Mt Blanc, all in just 5 days. In September 2019 Andrea Mason set out to achieve this incredible feat, all with the single aim of ensuring young women and girls don’t have to go through what she faced as a child. Having had major surgery and a cancer diagnosis in 2017, she is on a mission to raise awareness of Endometriosis and encourage women and girls to have their cervical smear tests. This powerful and thought provoking documentary allows you to live the highs and the lows both emotionally and literally.

Lady Talk Matters is endurance athlete Andrea Mason's charity whose mission is to remove the taboo surrounding women's reproductive health. All proceeds from our fundraiser will go directly to their projects. These currently include developing an app to support parents who need help educating their young girls; another is setting up a factory to make affordable and recyclable sanitary products.
