How to manage your community event listing

Managing your listing, which comprises the listing itself and the screenings (you can have as many as you like), is simple. One community pass equals one listing. This article guides you through the steps.

Navigate to your dashboard using the link on the menu.




Step 1: Main listing information


From the dashboard, select the

button; you can now add the following information.



The information added here updates these areas of your listing.


The image you upload forms the background for this section.


What you put in 'Other Information' appears at the bottom of your listing

Step 2: Your host information

From the dashboard, select the

button; you can now add the following information.



This information will update the following areas of your listing.


When you add your website information and links to your social media, they will appear on your page, as shown below.


While you can put any website address in, this is intended to be your organisation's site, you have the opportunity to add a ticketing link to each Film Session.


You have now completed the main parts of your listing and can now add your film sessions using the Add Film Session button.
