Ropetackle Arts Centre is a true community venture. Apart from a few management posts it is entirely volunteer-run and staffed. Even so, it has been named Sussex Venue of the Year several times, beating many professional organisations.

We ran London Mountain Film Festival for the first time in 2025 and it was a huge success. We are hoping to build on that goood start and further build our sports and adventure audience this year.
