How It Works

1. Book Your Venue

Your event(s) must be held within the Festival window of February 27th - March 14th 2027. Each pass is limited to a single venue, but you can host more than one if you like. We advise booking your venue early - even before you see the films. Start thinking now about how you will spread the word!

2. What You Get

For £50 you get access to over 100 adventure films of all lengths - our entire shortlist -- to create a film reel of up to 180 mins. You have all January to preview the films online.

3. Download & Go

Whether it’s a village hall, a small theatre, or a community centre, you will need to organise everything else - we only provide the fab content.

4. Grow & Fundraise

Ticket sales, donations, or membership drives—the Community Pass can help generate funds to support local projects and venues. Many of our hosts have raised hundreds (even thousands!) of pounds in a single event.
