Troubleshooting Login Issues on Our Website

If you're experiencing trouble logging into your account, don't worry! Here are a few simple steps to help you resolve the issue and get back online:

Step 1: Make Sure You Are Completely Logged Out

If you see the Log In Icon You have Successfully Logged Out

  • If you have multiple tabs or windows open, log out from all of them.

  • Sometimes, a partial session might interfere with the login process.

Step 2: Try Logging In Using Incognito/Private Browsing Mode

  • Open your browser in Incognito Mode (Private Browsing Mode). This helps avoid potential conflicts caused by stored cookies or cached data.

  • To open Incognito Mode:

    • Chrome: Click the three-dot menu > "New Incognito Window."

    • Safari: Click "File" > "New Private Window."

    • Firefox: Click the three-line menu > "New Private Window."

  • Once in Incognito Mode, visit our website and attempt to log in again.

Step 3: Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or it’s not working, try resetting it:

  • Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.

  • Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for instructions on how to reset the password.

  • Follow the steps to set a new password and try logging in again.

Step 4: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

  • Cached data and cookies can occasionally cause issues with logging in.

  • Clear your browser cache:

    • In most browsers, you can find this option under Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data.

    • Make sure to select "Cookies" and "Cached Images and Files."

  • After clearing, restart your browser and try logging in again.

Step 5: Disable Browser Extensions

  • Some browser extensions (like ad blockers or VPNs) can interfere with login processes.

  • Temporarily disable extensions and try logging in.

Step 6: Update Your Browser

Ensure your browser is up to date, as outdated versions may not be compatible with certain website features.

  • Visit your browser’s settings and check for updates.

Step 7: Check Your Internet Connection

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. A slow or spotty connection can sometimes prevent successful logins.

Step 8: Try a Different Device or Browser

If the problem persists, try logging in from a different device or browser to see if the issue is specific to your current setup.

Step 9: Contact Support

If none of these steps work, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

  • Provide details such as:

    • The error message (if any).

    • The browser and device you’re using.

    • The steps you’ve already tried.

We understand how frustrating login issues can be and appreciate your patience as we work to help you.
