How to manage your community event listing
Managing your listing, which comprises the listing itself and the screenings (you can have as many as you like), is simple. One community pass equals one listing. This article guides you through the steps.

How to request and get your film reel for a screening
You request the film reel from your dashboard; please ensure the film order is correct and follow the steps in this article.

How do I sell tickets for my community event?
When you create your screenings/film nights on your community page, you can add a link to a site where your community and others can sign up and buy tickets for your event.
The ticketing solution you choose is entirely up to you. This article contains links to some that have been used by other hosts.

We have made images submitted by filmmakers available to you; you can use these to promote your chosen films at your screenings.

To remove a film from a screening, click the 'Set Order & Request Reel' button and then click on the cross next to the film.

How does the Community Pass / Community Event film limit work?
As standard, each Community pass is limited to 3 hours or 180 minutes of film footage. Read on to find out how this works.

The community pass gives you early access to the festival shortlist, allowing you to build community pages, create screenings for your community and create film reels.

Can I use my Household Gift Card for a Community Pass
Yes, you can use your Household Pass gift card to buy a Community Pass. The gift card is worth £20 so you will just need to pay the balance.

We are not UK-based, so can we get a Community Pass?
Yes, you can purchase a community pass and run community events worldwide. Last year, clubs ran events in Kenya, Rovaniemi and Melbourne. All we ask is that your event raises funds for a good cause and is not for profit.
