Passes on sale nov 2026 ✸

Household pass ✸
A household pass is pretty simple. On the opening day of the event, the film festival player will become available to you on this website. You will be able to browse and play as many films as you like. You will also get the opportunity to rate each of the films and submit any comments about them. This helps us determine who our awards go to.

Community pass ✸
Below you'll find the order of service for a community pass holder. You can use this to help plan and market your event. We ask that all ticket proceeds go to a non-profit or charity of your choice and we like you to name them when you purchase the pass. This helps to know you're serious and not some numpty trying to get cheap access to adventure films.
01
Choose a cause
Your first step is to figure out who you are doing this for and why. Perhaps find something local, something important to you and something that you can help make a difference for.
02
Buy a pass
Now you know why you're here, buy a pass. The pass gets you online access to the coolest films on the festival circuit this year. You will be checking them out through January, choosing your favourites.
03
Find a venue
This is a big one. Some places might waive their fee as you're raising money for charity, or at least offer mate's rates. Microbreweries, village halls, your gran's shed, whatever you can nail down.
04
Spread the word
Tell people about what you're doing! Shout it from the rooftops. We can help you if you aren't sure how, and you get listed on our website. We love shouting about events that are being hosted so let us know.
05
Choose your films
In January, you'll get access to the films. Films will keep trickling in right up until the festival, so don't rush your choices. You can select up to 180 minutes of pure adventure. Or buy more hours if you're really going for it.
06
Screen them!
Now you've picked your films, you'll get delivered a showreel. That showreel is good to go onn any laptop or PC - you just need to plug it into a projector
07
Get involved
Talk about it! Discuss the films you've watched, what you liked/didn't like, what you'd like to see more of, what you've been inspired to do this year... and tell us it all!
08
Donate your cash
The best bit really, donate the cash you've raised and do a bit of good in the world. Make someone's life a little bit easier by having a movie night with pals and neighbours. It's a win-win.
09
Do it all again
If you enjoyed it, we'd love you back next year. We will be here championing some epic filmmakers, ready to fill up village halls all over the world.
Hi, it's Greg. I'm always up for a chat so just shoot me an email through the website, and I will get back to you. I'm so looking forward to hearing about your own adventures and why you've chosen to DIY your own Film Festival.
